We hope you love your Mahka purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchange
You may return or exchange unworn item within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be in new condition, with original packaging, dust bags, and tags attached.
Please note:
Sale items, limited editions, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We don’t offer refund for worn, used, or damaged items caused by improper handling.
Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at mahka.studio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions and a return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing every order. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us at mahka.studio@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will happily replace the item or issue a refund once confirmed.
