Do you have physical store?
Not yet — Mahka Shoes is currently available online only. Follow us on Instagram @mahka_studio for future pop-up events and in-person experiences
How do I know my size?
You will find the detailed size guide in each style you see online
You can also visit our Instagram @mahka_studio and check our highlighted stories, where we share videos with specific fit and sizing information for each model.
What are my payment options?
We take most credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Shoppay, Apple Pay,
in person we take, Venmo, Zelle and CashApp as well
What is local delivery work?
We offer local delivery in the Houston area for an extra fee of $8.00 this fee is for the whole amount of shoes you buy. When you are placing your order, there you will find 2 options, shipping or local delivery.
When do you do deliveries?
Deliveries are made everyThursday or Friday, depending on your area.
All orders received and paid by Wednesday at 5:00 PM (Houston time)will be delivered that same week.
Any orders placed after that time will be scheduled for the next delivery day the following week.
Difference between shipping and delivery?
*Delivery is only available for those who live in Houston Texas and surrounding areas.
*You will get free shipping when you make a purchase of $75.00 or more. Or pay only $5.00 domestic shipping, for orders less than $75.00. Everywhere in the United States.
*Deliveries have an $8.00 delivery fee, always.
*We ship the next business day we receive your payed order.
*We only do deliveries on the same day once a week. Example, if you place an order the same the we are out doing deliveries, you wont be receiving until the next delivery day the following week.
